Details: | I send him a new figure and he claim a refund stating the the figure has mud and,scratches and loose joints. Even if the figure had clear pictures that it was new. I investigate him sending email to his buyers on his feed back and the claim he did the same thing to them. They all refund him his money. The ones that he left bad feedback i also contact them and they never did a refund so he left bad feedback as retaliation. His account has only 2 month so he must be switching accounts every time he gets caught. |

never haggle with people when it comes to quality of merchandise. set up your policies and stick to them. they just want to see how much they can scam from you. dont ever pay for return shipping because the only thing the buyer is looking for is not having to pay for anything or as little as possible.
