fraudulently tried to obtain housing without paying the rent upon move in by requesting keys from concierge. we issued a refund in the amt of $1910 due to high fraud instance on may 6,2016 and then after receiving monies back to customer acct, he went to his bank and filed a V83 reason code chargeback in an effort to get double the money back 3 days AFTER he got his refund.
real slick guy tried to act all professional on the phone and just a run of the mill scam artist. SELLERS BEWARE of this guy. do not offer housing of any sort, vacation rent (he will try to squat in your home) because they have been evicted so many times (we found later). his wife's name is patricia lovberg.
