Details: | This person bid on an iPhone and doubled the bids from another serious buyer, which made me suspicious, especially since the account was only created the day before. Then I see the address of 8 McCullough Dr, New Castle, DE 19726-9000, so I called eBay and they said to cancel the transaction based on the history of bidding and the delivery address and that any fees will be refunded. I informed them of the eBay members id and that the address appears to be used for scams for several years and by many different eBay id's. Plus the buyer account was just created yesterday from a non-US location with a delivery in the US. Smells scam from far away... My reason for posting on this forum was to find out if a lot of people had encountered the same street address being used by scammers and to warn people. |

If you search the address this is a scam artist. A number of sellers reported him of defrauding people. The scam is that he would have the item shipped to an abonded warehouse or building. Once the package was left at the front door, or someplace outside he would steal the package and declare non receipt.

Its either no one is bothering to report this person to Ebay or the police and/or EBay is just allowing the scam to happen. If you sellers dont take action then you deserve to have it happen.
