This buyer is nothing more than a BS artist. Will deliberately falsify a dispute claiming non receipt of merchandise, when ready knew the item was shipped. Had no intelligence whatsoever, contacted company on 10/8 with 3 words in an email as if we were supposed to know the entire life history. We sent this buyer a reminder email stating go to this link to contact support. This idiot, makes up bullshit excuses to falsify a dispute for non receipt of merchandise for $3.50 battery. She knew she got the emails and she legally agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale and deliberately refused to follow. We proved her email was fully functional and she received every single one of them, but instead this theif still filed a dispute, tried to play stupid..So not to further deal with her continued lying fraud tactics we refunded the money. Total lying idiot that deliberately cant follow any directions. If you dont agree with something go some place else! Total moron!
