Details: | Abraham Lee purchased a nearly $2,000 laptop on March 7, 2015. He received the package at his business address via USPS Express on March 11, 2015 and an employee (A. Kim) signed for it. On March 14, we received a chargeback notification via Paypal for item not received. Paypal disputed the chargeback with the evidence/signature we provided. Abraham never contacted us a single time before, during, or after the dispute, and probably assumed that we did not obtain a signature upon delivery; he was hoping to get a free laptop. Abraham is a seller also. Although he has very short descriptions, he makes sure to include this line in his listings: "DIRECT SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED BY FEDEX, SO IF I SEE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SIGNED, I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUE." We identified this page as his facebook account:
He also operates this facebook page for his business, Zion Beaute:

With a high priced item, you should only get a direct signature nothing less. He tried to play the game of no I didnt get the item. PayPal policies would of made you get a signature as a requirement for the protection. You should create an amount that automatically you insure it and make sure no one pulls that. Just make stronger policies, but you did everything you could of done.
