This buyer requires a freebee before leaving his feedback. He leaves Negative if he does not get it.

He will probably say that your item is faulty and will ask for a replacement and immediately tells that you should send him a stamped envelope to receive the original back.

Assuming he has sent it back (he never does) he will contact you again in a week or so and urge you to ship his replacement immediately.

Tips:

1. Block him on ebay (if you sell on ebay)

2. Refund his money (if he buys from you) - tell him you're out of stock

3. Watch out for Paul Slade from Waterlooville PO7 8NQ and cancel his purchase if he buys anything from your online shop.
