Buyer bought an Otterbox holster w/ belt clip for the Samsung Galaxy S series of phones. The listing was for the holster only and clearly stated this. She bought the item from me and did not read the listing where it stated that the holster required the phone to be in an Otterbox Defender case or else it would not fit. She then sent me a message 10 days after having received the item saying I sent her a holster for a Samsung Galaxy S2 series. I proved her wrong by showing her the actual Otterbox listing and part number on the Otterbox website. She then changed her story and said I did not ship the item that was listed. She demanded a refund which I agreed to give her but she refused to return the item. She said she would return the item after she received a refund. Clearly she wanted to rip me off. As any seller knows PayPal flipped a coin and sided with her despite my uploaded documents proving she consistently changed her story and refused to return the item. The item was listed as a non returnable/refundable item. She also cannot either type or spell correctly so it is hard to determine what she is attempting to communicate. A simple google search shows she is 32 years old with 5 kids and does not work. She lives off of welfare and our tax dollars in a run down trailer park. Typical white trash scammer. |
