This buyer purchased a collectible Estee Lauder compact from me from 1975. The item was in a velvet box inside an outer box.

I disclosed in the listing that I hadnt removed the compact from the velvet box, and that there was plastic over the makeup so I didn't think it had ever been used.

Also, in the photos it showed that the item had three large initials engraved on it. I did not actually spell that out in the listing, because...well...you could see it in the photos.

This buyer complained about the item - particularly the initials. Put on your glasses and look at the photos before purchasing.

I offered a refund, but haven't heard back from the buyer.
