Buyer is nothing but a free item seeking scammer. We shipped their order within 24 hours. While it's in transit (Ground Advantage), she messages me and straight up asks for a free reship because it hasn't arrived. I checked the tracking, and it's still very much in transit. She didn't care about what's going on with the current order. Just send me more free items at your expense.

I kindly, professionally, and patiently told her we have to wait until it say's lost or damaged or anything before we can do a reship. We have to wait otherwise. She tries again for more free items a few days later. I repeat our message and opened a USPS track and trace claim on her behalf. I'm not comfortable doing that. But this woman has been pestering me to get free things that I just wanted her off my back. I went ahead and filed it and informed her of that. She finally receives the package and sends the most outrageous lengthy trash talking, lie-infused message that I would be happy to show anyone. She said it wasn't USPS' fault it arrived later and with the polymailer in rough condition. It's my fault. Meaning, she want's a refund and want's to keep the item.

It's a common theme with low priced items and petty scammer customers that always try to seek partial refunds or full refunds for everything they buy. This one just took the cake today. We reported her to eBay. They confirmed psychopath, and now I'm here to help inform others to stay as far away from this person as possible. They're nothing but a petty bitter scammer.
