First off if you had the right type of tracking then you would of never lost the dispute. It clearly states that you have to use a courier server that has an online tracking system. If you did that you wouldnt have any problems. You did something that the buyer knew the item couldnt be tracked. And a month prior to delivery, how do you know that? if you put the tracking into the dispute then you would of gotten your money back. Something you did caused the dispute and what you did caused you to loose the money and product!

Report seller for ebay policy abuse for providing your information to the public. Seller breach ebay policy. You can have him banned for using this site. Its been done immediately in the past. Keep calling eBay. You can also sue him in court. Keep in mind lawyer these day's don't require money up front or take your case unless they win it. It is against law providing personal data without consent.

Postal service or other courier may had weather problems or what ever problem during the time. Or something happen within his area of location. This happen from time to time. Once it arrived you can called back eBay and tell them the item has been delivered. They will give you back the money. 2ndly this was your fault as well not checking the tracking and check his feedback. For his feedback record it look normal ( Just a little picky) I can relate to it, There a lot shady seller as well with buyer, They clean up their product from barn or thrift store finding. Digusting
