This person claimed item as not received since she did not know the tracking is on international website.
Once I sent proof to eBay, she turned to wrongly chose the reason, it should be item not as described.
Several days, after argument I have to issue full refund and she did not return my item.
eBay closed this case sided with buyer again and I lost both the item, postal fee, selling fee, and issued full refund to this bad buyer.
