The customer received his order (a digital download card ) for 1 Licence of Dirt 3 over Steam. He registered and downloaded the game with the digital card that i sent to him and then put a claim with amazon.ca saying that he does not have internet and he cannot download the game. I have been charged back and the guy received for free the game.
