The item paid for for was the postage to USA for a wiring harness for an Audi A4 for the camera. It is a standard item that we sell all time. We also retrofit Audi A4 with Reversing camera for Audi Dealers in Australia. The item provided was 100% correct for the purpose. As a gesture of good will we provided the client with instruction on how to fit the camera to his vehicle. Something he has not done before hence he asked us for instructions. We did advise the client this is the job for a professional retrofits installer and not recommended as DIY. The client has tried to retrofit the camera but was unsuccessful. The money in dispute paid for the postage via DHL as the client wanted the item very quickly. Now that the harness has been used it is of no use to use to us and we cannot re-sell the harness which has been improperly fitted. We would like to decline the request of the buyer to refund his postage as the wiring harness supplied fits Audi A4 100% and we advised the client to take the vehicle to a professional installer who has performed Audi genuine Reversing Camera install before.
