I sold him a lot of as-is phones, all fully described to have functional issues; clearly stated as-is & no returns. He tried to pull a fast one by opening an "item not as described" case, but lost the case. Proceeded to leave negative feedback. Even though he lost the case, eBay wouldn't remove the feedback. BOTH he and eBay are shitheads.
