Make sure you place tracking information on all products. If its a credit card your rebuttle must show the address it was delivered to. Send him a letter certified mail stating that he's has the option of returning the item + paying the chargeback fee, or sending you guaranteed funds - set a date, then state in a 2nd letter if he doesnt respond, that you will be filing fraud charges against him and taking him to court where he will be responsible for all costs to get your money back.
