This fraudster (registered less than a month ago) buys expired credit cards from different sellers on ebay without intentions to keep them. Then, once tracking shows that the item is on the way, request to return it saying that "I don`t know who ordered the card". She doesn`t request to cancel the order before seller ships item because her intention to get the cards first (I guess even expired credit cards can be used to hack banks), and return it once all info is gained. If you sell digital product, she can use and "return" used numbers. The phone number 737 727 9054 is shown with the order, but it can be a fake one
