Said item had not arrived after 5 days of posting and demanded an immediate refund, we informed that we would replace straight away or refund after 14 statuary days after posting. Buyer then left neg feedback. This is very suspicious as we feel that the item arrived and it was not what the buyer required and could not be bothered to return and just used the system to get their money back.
