When you start kissing the buyers ass, they take every advantage in trying to steal items from you. I would have a returns address as a PO Box address and have everything sent there. At least when you open a package you'll open it infront of a USPS employee.

Ebay gave him the money back. People learn fast that an empty box is good enough for ebay. It's getting worst every day too. Do not know what the future will hold as the national debit hits 20 Trillion next month and will be 35 trillion by 2025.
The funny thing is there is no national debit. The private bankers at the Fed does not have a dime of collateral by their contract with the US gov. Are we stupid! The US Treasury can print money for FREE without debit! Lincoln is rolling over in his grave at how stupid we have become. 35 trillion purchases the WHOLE USA! And for what? Hitting the "PRINT" button on some fancy laser printer. We deserve the kind of government we get, is what they say, and we got it!

You need to save all your paper work, contact the postal inspectors office and file a complaint for mail order fraud, then contact the internet crimes division of the government, then file a police report against him. Once you get the police report you have the option to take him to court for petty larceny
