And I have left only 4 negative an 2 neutral feedbacks on eBay out of 40 purchases and 4 out of 6(negative + positive) are about item not received, so I am not a scammer and neater a thief.

I asked my private information to be removed, as it was published without my consent and against eBay TOS, and I reported the seller to eBay for personal information abuse and his account is permanently suspended.

I can explain the case from my side - my postal code was LV1005, but the seller put LV1050 for DHL (the 5 and 0 are switched and that is wrong) and I have the order copy, and scanned proof of delivery to the other address (with address on it, got it from DHL), I uploaded this information to eBay resolution centre and eBay checked it and agreed that the item was undelivered, because of incorrect address. https://prnt.sc/k3xnnh I have no bad reviews within last 12 months, and actually I have no bad reviews on my account at all, all 133 reviews left are positive - so the one who reported me - left a positive review, did not revise it, because he knew it was his fault, I could prove that I was in right, and most likely he hoped I will not find out he posted my info here.

I also contacted the Latvian Police at the time I saw this report here at first (6 years ago) and they confirmed that there was no case against me and nothing was reported, no information was required from me - so the one who posted about reporting me - is a liar as well, because I and DHL Latvia branch can provide all the information to prove that the package was delivered to wrong location, because of sellers mistake - he copied my address here, so here it is correct, but in the DHL manifest he made a mistake.

The information posted here is clearly one sides perspective and does not paint the whole picture, now I have stated my side and anyone can make a clear judgment now.

Coming from reddit discussion to give my two cents - the fact that administrators of this website make such comments shows their true side. In my opinion he did the right thing - he made a request to remove personal info nothing wrong with that. The fact that a website administrator, based on his request, makes claims that he should be featured here more often and that he is a thief just shows how bad this site is managed and that the real intentions for owners/administrators of this site are to slander and offend buyers. I checked his eBay account and on 123 items purchased he has left 102 feedback, from whom only 5 are about missing items, though the percentage (5%) is high from his side, there are no feedback left by sellers saying anything about missing items, and he has 100% positive track record from seller feedback. I think that the seller is lying, at least in some part, because the seller left no feedback about his experience on eBay directly just here and that seems odd.

You can't neg buyers, and you can't even mention negative experience in positive feedback. The system is rigged to protect buyers at all costs - that's why this site exists.

Buyers can always provide their side of the story on this site - an ability sellers do NOT enjoy on eBay. I've noticed that the vast majority of complaining buyers are people who feel entitled to engage in dishonest (if not necessarily illegal) behavior. Given this trend toward "don't judge" culture, they're shocked when people hold them accountable for their behavior.

eBay's TOS doesn't extend to what people post here, as much as they (and you) would like to pretend it does. eBay is in charge of their own site. Sellers aren't employees or agents of eBay, and aren't responsible to them - in short, eBay is not my "boss." In fact, I hire eBay to provide a marketplace... they work for me.

Kristaps Freimuts robbed me big time. Kristaps Freimuts ordered multiple items and them MONTHS later opened multiple chargebacks with the credit card company. Kristaps Freimuts likes to order items and not pay for them. This should serve as a warning to all other sellers.
