Buyer purchased a brand new sealed motorcycle cover. Buyer requested a return. Buyer is claiming to have received a box of broken glass in bubble wrap and packing paper. The motorcycle cover was sealed. It had a view hole in the box where you could see and feel the cover. There was no bubble wrap or packing paper in the box. Buyer switched the contents to get his item for free and is returning his trash.
