Cathrene69 won the auction for a piano and paid by Paypal. The terms were "Buyer to collect" because of the weight. A collection date was agreed, however on the evening she was due to collect the piano, she sent a message via ebay stating her van had broken down and she would rearrange the collection. A couple of days later she said she could not collect for another eleven days. I said this is OK and she can collect on 1st March. Shortly thereafter, Cathrene69 messaged via ebay to say she had changed her mind and now doesn't want the piano. When I pointed out the winning bid is a contract and she must collect the piano, she became abusive and left libellous feedback stating I am a thief.
