I had the exact same thing happen to me one month later in February with a camera lens I sold. Ebay is not helping at all. No help for the seller..

First off, the address is a package fowarding company. You can tell immediately by the address that it is one. The person is from somewhere in indonisia, nigeria or some scam country. they get you to ship to that address and the forwarding company sends it overseas. they do this because its the fastest way to get the product out of the sellers control before they turn around and see they are being scammed by a international scam artist that bought the credit card overseas.
That goes to show you how Ebay and Paypal just does nothing to combat fraud. They suspend honest people and allow the scam artists to use already known forwarding companies to ship things out. Thats 100% on PayPal and Ebay.

Same thing happened when I was selling an iPhone.
The scammer is using the USA2Georgia service, which provides a service of shipping goods obtained in the US to Tbilisi - the capital of Georgia. The guy's name is Toma Khabeishvili as per the service agreement you'll need to show the passport in order to receive the parcel.
If you became a victim of Toma Khabeishvili please file a complain to the Internet Crime Center via https://www.ic3.gov/Home/FileComplaint. We need Toma to be punished for all good he stole from people.
