The buyer complained about slow shipping on a game (Call of Duty Black Ops). I shipped out the item on the closest business day, mere hours after payment cleared. He paid for the cheapest international shipping possible (Canada to the U.S.). I told him that the wait time still wasn't unreasonable at the time he complained, but he was counting weekends and holidays. I tried to inform him what a business day was, but he was determined to be a pig-headed imbecile. I also told him that complaining multiple times to the seller for slightly sluggish shipping long after the item was sent was pointless, as the seller no longer has control over the item after it has been shipped.

When everything was said and done, his item arrived in 8 business days, well within the estimated time. He left negative feedback claiming that the item took 15 days to arrive, completely ignoring business days. This buyer is a total idiot and a complete drama queen. He was determined to threaten me with negative feedback over a (non) issue I couldn't possibly resolve, and he relished in actually doing so. He wasn't interested in a solution, he was simply determined to be an ass.

Avoid selling to this guy at all costs, especially if you're not in the U.S. He expects to pay nothing for international shipping but somehow get an item overnight, on a business day.
