Sold a Blu Ray to Miss Torres on the 7th of the month. I get an angry email followup wanting to know why it hasn't arrived on the 18th and 4 hours later a case is opened. I respond to and cross check her current info, and she confirms it is correct, then I tell her I'll be contacting her post office for her, because she didn't bother to do that in the first place. Instead, that night I get a message from her saying

"Hello, so on Saturday evening my friend said that I had mail, so on Saturday, around 10pm my friend handed the item to me. And it sure was the movie. Thank you so much and for your time. Blessings"

which shows she absolutely wasted my time. I responded to that by asking her to then close her claim to remove the block on my funds, and of course no response and she doesn't. And of course, a few days later, she contacts customer service, escalates the claim, and gets a refund. Which I had to appeal and show the documentation her flat out admitting she had the damn thing all to get my $3.50 back. Yes. This was all over $3.50.

"Laura Torres" or whoever this mess of a person is, sucks, and you shouldn't bother dealing with them unless you're a mortician or a sadist.
