They tend to order textbooks and drop ship to other addresses. Today, 2.5 months after showing one as delivered, they want a refund, saying "I never received" - After reading other forums, this seems to be their business model, and they have multiple names.

To prevent this, always include a packing slip. Make sure the price is clearly displayed. ( I often circle it in red pen )
Soon the bookjackers will leave you alone.

We cancel their orders since Amazon does not give a fuck about shafting sellers. No wonder why Amazon is so popular - Amazon gives them our shit for free. The FTC needs to investigate Amazon for this shit since sellers are also customers of Amazon. File a complaint with the FTC and also your State Attorney General. File a complaint with North Star's Attorney General to along with the Postal Inspector. Sooner or later someone, other than Amazon's incompetent offshore non-English speaking staff, will eventually investigate North Star for their crimes.
