| Details: | This guy bought a Amazon Kindle Fire Tablet from me. Which was sent to him promptly by Royalmail International signed for delivery. He filed INR received case with paypal within 10 days, while tracking clearly showed the item was in Sanghai and he received it. Paypal decided in his favour, because i can not get Signed proof of delivery from Chinese post, because of langauge barrier and other limitation. Chinese post does not update final dispatch status for a item, giving fraudulent chinese buyer to file false INR cases with paypal/ebay. |
