Buyer claim never received the package worth over $100 US a day after UPS tracking indicated delivered, we response buyer's request within a day while buyer ask just refund, continually communicated with buyer one day to explain what we should do, not many just need buyer's contact phone number as UPS mandatory need it for reporting a package lost.
Here is what we said:
Dear customer,
We are sorry to hear about that issue, will do our best to assist.
In this case, your package may took by some one or UPS driver left it at a wrong address, we will refund you if UPS confirmed the package lost or it will be re delivered by UPS if driver left at a wrong address and luck to take it back.
To help us contact to UPS to start process it, please provide us your contact phone number, UPS need it for verification, your phone number only for this purpose.
Sorry again for any inconvenience, we will start to process this claim once received your phone number.
Any inquiry or concern please feel free to contact us.

Here is buyer answered:
No I will not provide my phone number, like I said before I was home all
day and ups never came to my house. I've also reported this to Amazon to
request a refund and I will be leaving a negative review as well until I
recieve my refund.
And:
Again im.not giving out my phone number, I've already left my negative
review on amazon due to this and i will be reconnecting amazon again today
to inform them about the lack of help I'm receiving in my efforts to just
get my money back
And:
Amazon has been contacted for my refund, as far as your reaponce to my
rating your company is difficult to get my refund from and I will not be
giving out my phone number

We did refund him in full, all happened from JAN 07-JAN 08.

Beware this buyer or if you have enough money to give away.

The fact that he start his whole bullshit mysteriously after delivery is the first indication of fraud. Contact UPS immediately and tell them that the asshole is trying to rip you off and not pay any claims he makes. Normally UPS will only deal with the shipper and not release funds to the receiver. Also state that you were attempting to resolve the problem, but the buyer again refused. Dont accept any returns or anything its all fraud, tell the buyer you will file legal charges against him for mail order fraud and notify UPS to make his address as fraud.
