She agreed to wait up to three months for her order to arrive. But she demanded an immediate refund or she implied she would enforce the refund via a chargeback. She said it was clear to her from online reviews that we were criminals.She said she would write a very damaging review on us if we did not give her our money. She said that she did not believe that the Coronavirus issues caused the postal delays. We refunded her. She got very angry and said we were liars and did not refund her at all. She repeated it was a publicly known fact that we ran a criminal organization and said we are incompetent and that she did not believe her shipment would ever arrive because it was never sent in the first place, because we were criminals.
