Uses the same excuses "It was in mint condition... but it smells like smoke so I want a discount or I want it for free" OR "It's a bootleg". If he had a legitimate concern about third hand smoke, he would email the seller first and... he wouldn't keep having the SAME "problem" over and over.

This buyer knows how to be VERY polite in his emails and word everything so that he never comes right out and admits to extorting you. He is a professional con-artist who uses the one-sided feedback system to obtain free, or discounted items. This buyer had repeatedly damaged the reputations and dozens of good eBay sellers and will continue to do so.
