When I politely asked him to reconsider and adjust his feedback, he got angry and childish, all prior feedback on the 5 items he bought from me positive and glowing. A few minutes after his tirade he opened 5 item not received cases with Ebay. In one message indicated that he hoped i lost my job due to the current crisis. This guy is either mentally unstable or just a jerk. All tracking shows delivered, and how can you leave feedback that the item you bought was wonderful and great craftsmanship, and then turn around and claim you never received it. Complete 100% fraud
