Customer made error not to notice the expire date which was stated on the ad. Based on our return policy we do not allow for returns for customer error. Customers should know what they purchase before the purchase of the item not well after it has been shipped. We refused a return based on these facts. We uploaded a screen shot for customer showing her the expire date in ad via Amazon e-mail. The claim that this is not as described is false and no basis for return. GiGi opened an A to Z claim and Amazon refunded her her money via our account and she kept the product. She purchased 6 bottle of Sunsweet SupraFiber� Fiber Supplement. She used a Washington Address through a friend Ernest Ho and took the product to Canada and then claimed it was at this point that she noticed the expire date.
