Details: | I fully refunded shipping and purchase for four otoscope. Buyer claimed that one was faulty so I told them to return them all and I could reprocess it. Buyer said that they would return the faulty one and accept the refund for one of them. They paid no shipping and for three of the otoscopes through PayPal since I already refunded but never returned the faulty otoscope they claimed to be broken. I sent two different labels and they stopped responding. I’m sure none of them were faulty, my bad for not waiting until they started a refund on their end. Learned my lesson but they took full advantage of it. Never returned my otoscope. Out of shipping and tax cost as well. Wait until they start a refund than you doing it or they will stop responding. And you will be played. |
