Details: | Buyer communicated with me that the parcel was not delivered to their residence. Upon looking at the tracking, UPS attempted to deliver the parcel but the buyer wasn't home to accept; UPS opted to leave it at a local UPS Access Point for final pickup by the buyer. Buyer reached out saying that he went to the UPS Access Point and the parcel was not there to be picked up, claiming someone else must have taken it despite UPS tracking showing that the parcel was still at the Access Point. Buyer demands a refund, I tell the buyer that UPS will need to send the package back to me after the holding grace period in order to be refunded; buyer starts an eBay claim which is promptly closed by eBay due to the tracking showing successful delivery to the Access Point pending their pickup. Buyer files a chargeback claim with their credit card company directly the same day they finally decide to go to the UPS Access Point to pick up the parcel; signed under their own name and all. Please avoid. Buyer has been blocked. |
