Customer purchased $100.00 of Lien, sale and mortgage records on another property/owner, received, opened and viewed the documents. They then stopped payment with their credit card company via Amex weeks later.

We received no reason as to why the payment was reversed or chance to rectify any potential issues.

This is fraud and the purest form of theft. At the very least, this is an attempt to curtail any further fraudulent activity to other businesses from these people.
