No it wasnt the buyer that scammed you, it was Ebay! Proof right there that they dont give a fuck about you whatsoever. The guy just took advantage of ebay and knows they cam scam anyone via Ebay. Ebay or PayPal was the ones that gave him the money back and they are the ones that decided. You should consider getting away form Ebay and open a store on Prest0Store.com $29.95 and they take care of your fees from Google, 7% commission and listing fees, one item pays for a month on Prest0store.com
