This person ordered 3 items, totaling $511.91. He informed us that he did not received one of the items that is valued for $92.10, but indeed received the other 2. We informed the client that all 3 items were included in the box and that the weight depicted showed proof that all 3 items were shipped. As par of insurance procedure, we requested that a photo of the box be provided so we can file a claim on his behalf and ship the missing product out again. Instead we stopped receiving communications from this person and received a chargeback for all 3 items, he reported to the credit card company that no items were ever received and the credit card company sided with him after proof of delivery and all was provided. We requested that the customer pay for the other 2 items, but never heard back from the customer. Please do not deal with this person, he is a scam artist.
