Just another scumbag Brazilian buyer who files an Item Not Received (INR) dispute, and either escalates or threatens to escalate if the seller doesn't refund right away, about a month or so after he places his order pretending he never got the item! If you ask him to wait for the item to arrive after he opens a dispute, he refuses, and threatens to leave negative feedback! So that's how you know he is a slimeball thief who most likely already received the shipment in question, and is simply ABUSING the ebay Buyer Protection Policy to scam hard-working sellers out of their money!
