Manipulates seller's into buying things for less and then wants to return and demands partial return. Opens cases that cannot be won by him and then closes case and initiates negative feedback. He can even go a step further and say he will revise feedback and takes it all as a joke after you have been terribly stressed out. He even says in his messages that he is used to seller's giving him refunds. Bad buyer and seller on ebay. Malicious and manipulative and attempts to use personal issues (real or fake) to get what he wants. Don't back down. That is what he wants. But, in the first place, do not sell to him. He badgers you with emails and then wants to return. Bad buyer.
