| Details: | Buyer purchased electronics weighing scale. Exactly 2 minutes after USPS delivered the package buyer emailed claiming they did not receive the item. I asked buyer how does he know he has not received it since it was due for delivery 3 days later than when it arrived. Buyer claimed he knows the rules and if he claims if he did not receive the item then he is guaranteed a refund. USPS GPS tracking shows postal carrier did in fact deliver to this buyers residence. |

Write to twitter. Also got scammed by this buyer and I wrote to their customer support on twitter and had someone reach out. This is after I filed at least 10 cases trying to report him. They removed his negative review and refunded me.
