Another idiot who does not know how to use technology. Said first item was broken, but returned working item. Sent second, still complained that it did not work and wanted refund. Offer to send another knowing that this one was working, but she decided to keep, then left false feed back based on lack of knowledge. This one is just plain stupid so beware of her.
