This buyer is a documented scammer by using Ebay's buyer protection policy. The buyer purchased cds from me, an international order, and then 7 days later opens a case with Ebay stating that he never received his items. An international order (U.S. to Belarus) usually takes longer than 7 days to get shipped and delivered. With no proof of the item being delivered, only shipped, the seller opened a case, I responded and then the seller escalated the case to let Ebay resolve it, 9 days after the item was shipped. Ebay doesn't even take the circumstances into consideration, seeing that the item didn't even have enough time to get shipped and delivered, they just refunded the buyer (scammer) and took it out of my PayPal account. So, this guy, Aliaksandr Petrushenka, got the items he purchased from me for free and his money back. This guys name is mentioned on this badbuyerlist.org under different e-mail addresses, so I assume he does this all of the time and just uses different Ebay accounts and ids with his different e-mail addresses. Beware of this scammer, Aliaksandr Petrushenka!
