This particular buyer is currently utilizing negative feedback and seller reports to extort a refund from me. Upon requesting photo evidence that the item they ordered was not working properly, they sent me a stock photo of a drone that is incompatible with the controller they ordered. The compatible drone model (an Ares Shadow 240) was listed in the item description, but the buyer clearly stated that they own a different drone model. Upon filing the return request, they incorrectly used “Doesn't match description or photos.” in order to do a force return/refund.
