Whatever the refund time period is, thats what the terms and conditions you agreed to when you opened an Ebay store. So regardless of what your policies are, Paypal and ebay say fuck that and initaite their own. Think about selling on another platform.

Somebody doesn't understand the OPs complaint that the item is being used and then returned, which is a fraudulent activity - it's against ebay policy and against the LAW.. That is NOT what ebay's MBG or seller's return policies are FOR!
How about you think about scamming on another platform, or just try being honest instead! Is that TOO much to ask?
