Mark Boardman claimed that a $179 machine we sent him malfunctioned. His description of the problem was vague and sounded unlikely. We agreed to send him a replacement if he promised to send the old machine back to us for diagnosis. We would refund him for the return postage. He never mailed the machine back to us and from then on he refused to communicate with us. In our opinion. Mark Boardman has defrauded us of USD 179.
