This customer initially had different billing (New York, NY) and shipping addresses (Katy, TX) listed. They used a small under $50 order that snuck in under our radar. This person performed 2 purchases days apart and both used different New York, NY billing addresses. The first transaction came back as a chargeback fraudulent transaction and the phone number is no good. This person did another similar transaction with same ship to name but different address to Sunnyvale, CA.

I was never contacted by the customer and the Address Verification System (AVS) was invalid with no CVV match. Attempts to contact the customer by phone or email after the chargeback were all met by no response. This appears to be a pattern of fraud and I hope it serves as warning for others. I have blacklisted this customer for future business.
