I advised the buyer on multiple accounts on working for a solution to their missing package, they later started claiming they were going to file a "item not delivered". The item showed delivered on the USPS tracking, they then after bashing me for not being helpful enough left me a bad review, which eBay claimed was fine, due to opinion, simply horrific.
