| Details: | I had 5 phones listed on Ebay. One of them was cheaper than the others because it did not have a charger. The listing stated NO CHARGER in bold big letters. Buyer purchased and when got it started a case with PayPal stating it was missing pieces. PayPal sided with me. He then claimed he never got the item at all and PayPal sided with me. He then filed a chargeback to his credit card stating he never received the item. His credit card sided with him. Stay away, he is not worth the headache. |

This sounds like the Wayne Ciluffo that went to St Helen’s grammar school in the 60’s. He was quite a prankster, but a nice school mate. Wayne, you should know better. Did 5th grade teacher, Mrs. Kelly, head slaps not knock some sense into you? lol.
