The second he looses the dispute this asshole files another dispute claiming the product is not as described, making more of his bullshit statements the product was not new. This moron hick, completes a sales invoice where he states he read and agreed to the terms and conditions and the product's advertisement. These terms clearly stated the product was not new. Then this moron tries to pull more of his bullshit, we attempts to contact our company and knowing his intensions were to defraud our company from the very start, he deliberately tampers with the online form and doesnt place his signature on the form which was required. This asshole makes bullshit claims stating we didnt contact him when his idiot knew full well what he did. The second he looses the case for non receipt he once again pulls his bullshit filing yet another fraud claim stating not as described. 2 documents clearly show this worthless piece of shit that he stated he read the policies at time of payment and the products description making him fully aware legally of what he was to receive.
