You have to be specific about your shipment terms especially with things like that. You state that they have to be present at time of delivery. If you give them the tracking number at time of shipment or transit, that's there problem. You put a disclaimer that your not responsible for shipment times once it leaves your place. if the bitch was in a hurry then she should of waited until the vacation was over, had it delivered to the place were she was staying, or have an expedited shipment method. Not your fault that the dumb bitch knew she had travel plans and made the purchase with her moron assumptions!
