Buyer demanded return for items that were *exactly* as listed. When making the return, they even attached an image proving that the items were identical to what was shown in the listing; condition, number of items ordered, model number, et al. They purposely changed the reason for the return in order to get their money back because they apparently ordered the wrong thing. We're in the process of dispute with eBay and have reported the user.
